           IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN TALENT                                                         MANAGEMENT




The Human Resource Management, then, becomes a crucial aspect, as if the success of institutions and organizations depends heavily on what people do and how they do it, then invest in people can generate big profits. Thus an operational area, HR becomes the strategic partner of all other areas, being able to promote teamwork and radically transform the organization. That is their goal: That people are fully developed in individual and group, and thus achieve the growth of the organization. 


Why study Human Resource Management? 
To work with people effectively is necessary to understand human behavior and to be knowledgeable about the various available systems and practices that can help achieve a workforce skilled and motivated. 



Competitive advantage through people. 
Although people are important for organizations today have become even more important in the creation of competitive advantage for the organization function. In fact, a growing number of experts argues that the key to success of an organization is based on the development of a set of competencies that distinguish it from the others. The development of these skills, although it is a complex process and requires hard work, provides a long-term basis for innovations and changes, development of products and services and the achievement of the mission.
