WHAT IS THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT?

The Human Resource Management refers to an activity that is less dependent hierarchies , orders and mandates, and notes the importance of active participation of all employees of the company .
The aim is to foster a cooperative relationship between management and workers to prevent frequent clashes arising from a traditional hierarchical relationship.
When the Human Resource Management function properly, employees are committed to the long term goals of the organization , which allows it to better suit changing markets .
The Human Resource Management involves taking a series of measures, which include : the commitment of employees with business objectives , the payment of wages based on productivity of each worker, they just treatment , vocational training ongoing policy and link recruiting other aspects of the organization of the activity and the production, marketing and sales.
Some companies conduct of these measures , but few that apply all simultaneously. The implementation of these measures is independent of the industrial sector to which the company belongs : thus, companies as diverse as IBM, Marks & Spencer and McDonalds apply this corporate policy , as well as several public sector enterprises .
There are three basic types of employer - worker relations.
1. Generally , collective bargaining is the process of negotiations between employers and trade unions to establish the mode set wage levels and working conditions.
Two . The second is the implementation of policies of Human Resource Management .
. 3 However, the third type is the most common : the hierarchical organization in which managers or executives impose their decisions independently of collective bargaining or Human Resource Management .

Allow the participation of workers in decision- making and the organization of the activity involves them
